Hamari adhuri mixie kahani..

When the mixie started giving some rather weird sounds mother in law said we have to buy a new one. Before it went to the repeating mode I went to the canteen and bought the model which she was interested in, Panasonic.
We left it unopened for almost two weeks as we both were busy.  Then one day she tried to inaugurate the new mixie and no sound came. I took it to Panasonic 's service Centre in nanthencod. They promptly filled some informations and gave me the receipt.
One week gone, two,  three four Still no calls from them.  I called and they said motor hasn't reached yet.  Another week two three gone by.  I called again,  same parroting. Not received.  I asked can i get the number of your highest boss and answer was we don't have it!!
So I called customer service and the guy there gave me another contact person 's number.
I tried and tried and tried. No one picking up.
So after more than two months Iam left with the old mixie.
I told those people we don't buy mixie to put in show cases.  It is for using daily. I'm waiting to see how long they are goimg to take.
Needless to say never have come across such pathetic customer service before...
