changes in life..

I am over the reading phase, I guess. I was trying to read two novels, and was not reaching anywhere. I have a history with one novel. For the past two and half years or even more, I’ve been trying to read it. I would pick it up, read a few pages, and then forget about it. It’s a good novel called the Morning Raga, but I don’t have the urge to finish it. Maybe if it was from Eloor library I would have finished it in a couple of days considering the late fee fine I would have to pay if I am late.

The temporary absence of the’ necessary evil ‘in my life is making my life kind of sort boring. Since my days normally start with and end with countless calls to him and sometimes even forgetting why I called him. :)Now it’s reduced to phone calls lasting anywhere from ten seconds –‘Hey I am going, talk to you later’ to, ‘So tell me how was your day’, lasting up to 30 minutes or more, with an everyday report of how his plants are doing including a report of his pet ‘Pepper’ and how some days he doesn’t run around, probably because he might be is missing you -etc etc.  I guess when we see the phone bill we might go back to post office looking for old fashioned inland letters.
