Radha and Krishna

I was searching to learn about the relation between Radha and Krishna and I stumbled up on this blog. It is the most beautiful definition/ interpretation of love. Reading the whole post takes one to a different world.
But I feel among human beings there exists mostly the former type of love which results in bonds and fear of abandonment etc etc. From my view, for Krishna there are/were plenty of Radhas around. But for Radha there was just one and only Krishna.
That total love, total faith in love, I wish it was present, alive and a possibility in today’s world, where practical love is the 'in' thing. How can one love someone so selflessly? How can one do that? Without expecting anything in return how is it possible to love someone? That makes it even harder. Makes me wonder are there any Radhas in today’s world who can love like that
We can say Radha did not love a mere human being, who can only understand the former type of love. So she could afford to love selflessly:) and we the human beings can only understand the former type of love..
