Jilebi

I was told that in Delhi we could get hot jilebis direct from the stove, from small roadside shops. I wanted to try that. So we went to Chandni chowk. We walked around the place looking at various things on sale, and I think I even saw the latest movie Veer, among the CD’s they were selling!!
Then we went to Haldiram’s first. It looked the same as any other sweet shops, and we decided to go back to the corner shop where we saw fresh jilebis being made. I got the warm, juicy sweet, jilebi about which I heard a lot. I was wondering how one can eat such a big jilebi in one sitting, and soon I learned it all by myself. It was a task I loved doing with all my heart.
