Gurr or our sarkkara

I remember having parathas with a light orange color powder like thing looked like some kind of chutney. But when I tried it mixing with little ghee and took a bite of paratha with it,it tasted heavenly. It tastes different from our sarkkara. Wanted to buy some to take home. On our way back from Madhopur,to jalandhar on the road side we saw places were it was being made. After seeing the process one may not be too tempted to buy but I only thought about the taste...:)
