Only little girls can do this:)

I saw a little girl may be in her 1st grade,walking to school,in well ironed uniform with a pony tail .she was touching her hair on and off to make sure the hair pins  are all in their proper places. Then she would walk in a special way moving her head to left and right, for sometime ,which  gives a special bounce to  her pony tail. Knowing that her long hair is moving to her tune she walks with a satisfied smile. So cuteee.
