I heard news that our city, Trivandrum is planning to dump its waste in the quarries on the outskirts of the city. We have some beautiful quarries nearby our home. Have a look at these quarries and think about its fate after they dump waste!!! The reason they are giving is total nonsense, they say fish can’t survive in the quarries and they are home for all the mosquitoes in Trivandrum. First of all the quarries here does have lots of fish to begin with..
The govt officials often take foreign tours, why don’t they try to find how those countries take care of the waste issues??? I wish someone would, rather than trying to destroy beautiful places…
